Candidate/End-user Usage - How do I login to my profile?

-Open your web browser.
-Click in the address bar at the top of the browser and type in the following address
-Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “Find A Distributor” link



 -Click on the “Profile Login” link on the left side of the page.



-enter the email address and password you used to create your profile. 

If you do not yet have a profile, follow the instructions for searching for a career and you will automatically be taken to the “Create a Profile” screen.

1) What to do if your profile login is not accepted

If your profile login is not accepted please make sure to check the following.
-Make sure that your Caps Lock is OFF.
-Make sure that you entered the correct email address that you created your profile with.
-make sure that you typed in your password correctly
-Be sure to click the “Login to your profile” button with your mouse

2) What to do if you receive an Invalid Username and/or Password message

If you are told that you have entered an invalid username and/or password, confirm your Caps Lock is OFF and that you correctly typed in the email address and password that you used to create your profile.

3) How to receive a password reminder

Click on the “Forgot your password” link below the login to your profile button.
On this page, enter the email address that you created your profile with (making sure to enter it correctly) and then click the “Send Password Reminder” button.  A notification will come up confirming if your password was located and to check your email in a few minutes for the password reminder.

4) What to do if a requested reminder email is not received

All email reminder requests are sent from powerup@naed.org and should be received within 10 minutes.  Check all your email spam filters to confirm powerup@naed.org  address is not blocked.
