Domain Names
Our web server will automatically recognize a visitor's domain name, but not the visitor's e-mail address.

Use of Collected Information
We collect aggregate information on what pages our visitors access or visit. We also collect information volunteered by visitors, such as information provided in registration of services, member login, online surveys, career descriptions, etc. Information we collect may be used to notify visitors about updates to our Web site and may be used by NAED to contact visitors for marketing purposes. However, NAED does not sell to or trade e-mail lists with third parties.

Use of Individual Profile, Resume and Other Information
If a visitor requests to contact participating NAED distributor member(s) using our distributor locator, information such as the visitor's name, address, city, state, zip code, fax, e-mail address, completed education and work experience will be forwarded to NAED distributors selected by the PowerUpYourCareer Web site selection methodology.  Visitors also will have the option of attaching an electronic copy of their resume that will be forwarded to chosen NAED distributors.  Visitors expressly authorize the uses described herein of all such information, and understand that such information will be made available to participating NAED distributor members.  The release of such information to participating NAED distributors could become known to a visitor's current employer or others.  Each visitor hereby releases the PowerUpYourCareer Web site, NAED, its distributor members and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from all claims, causes of action, damages, lawsuits and liability with respect to the use of such information described herein.

E-mail Addresses
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, those who answer our online surveys, register for a PowerUpYourCareer visitor or member login, and those who register for our online services.

Our Web site contains links to other Web sites. If you choose to use any of these links, you will be leaving NAED's PowerUpYourCareer site and going to a new one.
