Distributor Usage - How do I log into my account/profile?
At any time you may return to the PowerUpYourCareer.com web site to access, review and update your profile information.
To logon and access your profile: -Open your web browser. -Click in the address bar at the top of the browser and type in the following address
-Click on the Member Login link on the top right corner of the page
 The Member Login screen will prompt you to enter your username (email address) and password. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive; confirm your Caps Lock key is not enabled before attempting a login. The PowerUpYourCareer.com web site utilizes cookies to authorize and track your session throughout the Member Area. The use of cookies within your browser must be enabled before attempting to logon.
Once your username and password are entered, use your mouse to click the “Enter Member Area” button. *Using the “Enter” key on your keyboard on some Internet browsers may just refresh the current page and not authenticate your Member Area credentials.
1) What to do if your profile login is not accepted, you receive the message “Your login information failed, please try again.”
If your profile login is not accepted please make sure to check the following. -Make sure that your Caps Lock is OFF. -Make sure that you entered the correct email address that you created your profile with. -make sure that you typed in your password correctly
2) When I try to login, the only thing that happens is my password is cleared out. I don’t see an error message.
After typing in your email and password, be sure to physically click the “Enter Member Area” button with your mouse.
3) How to receive a password reminder
If you have forgotten your password you may receive a password reminder from the PowerUpYourCareer.com web site via email. To receive a password reminder, click on the ‘Forgot your password’ link below the login to your profile button.
On this page, enter the email address that you created your profile with (making sure to enter it correctly) and then click the “Send Password Reminder” button. A notification will come up informing you if your password has been located and to check your email in a few minutes for the password reminder. The email notifications will be sent from PowerUp@NAED.org, please confirm this email address is allowed through your email SPAM filters.
In the event the PowerUpYourCareer.com web site cannot locate your email address and you receive the message “We're sorry no username could be found to match your email, please try again” perform the following steps.
1. Confirm your Cap Lock is disabled. 2. Confirm your email address is entered correctly.
If you have taken these actions and have not received your Password Reminder, contact PowerUp@NAED.org with your full name and company information.
4) What to do if a requested reminder email is not received
All email reminder requests are sent from powerup@naed.org within 10 minutes. Check all spam filters to confirm this email address is not blocked.
