Warehouse Supervisor

• Ensures customers receive the right materials, in the right quantity, at the right location, at the right time, every time
• Coordinates material selection, packing and shipping
• Sets up and maintains warehouse policies and procedures in accordance with OSHA, DOT, and company guidelines
• Evaluates and restructures delivery truck routes to maximize personnel, equipment usage, and customer service
• Gathers and evaluates quotes
• Maintains neat and orderly work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
• Evaluates error ratios to determine focal points for improvements in procedures and personnel
• Verifies completed work meets requirements and budgets
• Reviews daily driving logs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and approved driving record
• Forklift certification
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
