Warehouse Associate

• Receives and verifies material coming into the building by vendors, customers, or other warehouses accurately and promptly
• Examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, and reports/records any discrepancies
• Places materials on shelves, in racks or other designated storage areas in an orderly and accurate manner
• Assembles and fills orders to be shipped to customers
• Prepares all shipping documentation
• Reviews all orders to determine if they were picked correctly
• Addresses maintenance issues of wire cutting tools and machinery
• Ensures warehouse/equipment is maintained on a regular basis
• Identifies and counts stock materials
• High school diploma or GED
• Certification of power-truck equipment
