  • Integrates sales functions with all other company areas
  • Identifies customer needs and allocates proper company resources to meet them
  • Assists sales team in improving customer processes
  • Maintaining effective communication with customer base
  • Hires, motivates, trains and coaches an effective sales force
  • Monitors call and expense reports
  • 4 year college degree preferred
  • Minimum 4 years successful, progressive sales experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year managing and mentoring salespeople preferred
