Project Specialist

• Performs order entry of job purchases and provides order acknowledgements to customers
• Provides and updates reports and shipping schedules to customers
• Processes change orders with suppliers and customers
• Processes returned products and freight claims through completion
• Applies job billing to current projects and monitors orders through completion
• Able to successfully solve customer inquiries and complaints
• Weekdays; overtime as required
• 2 years or more of customer service experience with a broad knowledge of products and services preferred
