Outside Sales Representative
- Manages, tracks and maintains customer contacts for new business
- Prospects for new business through phone and email
- Establishes appointments for in-person customer meetings
- Handles customer inquiries
- Tracks competitor activity and market conditions
- Implements sales and merchandise programs
- Participates in training, sales meetings, trade show, or other industry events
- Able to make sales presentations
- Able to work independently; negotiation and strong selling skills preferred
- Weekdays; some overtime and travel is required
- Minimum 2 years of electrical distribution work experience preferred
- Good selling, persuasive negotiation, and business communication skills required
