- Ensures that adequate office supplies are stocked for the on-site office
- Processes employment applications and documents for new hires
- Oversees maintenance and repair of office equipment
- Prepares invoices to clients and tracks invoices paid
- Records and publishes activities and action items at meetings
- Coordinates and maintains filing system
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedules appointments and meetings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to interface with all levels of management and customers
- Minimum 3 years experience as an office manager/administrative assistant
