Office Manager

  • Ensures that adequate office supplies are stocked for the on-site office
  • Processes employment applications and documents for new hires
  • Oversees maintenance and repair of office equipment
  • Prepares invoices to clients and tracks invoices paid
  • Records and publishes activities and action items at meetings
  • Coordinates and maintains filing system
  • Processes incoming and outgoing mail
  • Schedules appointments and meetings
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to interface with all levels of management and customers
  • Minimum 3 years experience as an office manager/administrative assistant
