- Distributes departmental mail
- Answers multi-line phone
- Demonstrates experience with computer applications such as Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, and/or WordPerfect
- Record-keeping experience
- Customer service experience
- Weekday schedule
- Previous office/clerical experience preferred
