Marketing Manager
- Directs sales and marketing policy
- Develops marketing plans
- Creates programs for elimination of obsolete and excess stock
- Establishes customer resale pricing and reviews customer pricing agreements
- Recommends sales and gross profit budgets by location and by sales representative
- Supervises sales promotion and contest activities
- Coordinates supplier relationships with other product, market and sales personnel
- Able to effectively communicate with a variety of people including internal and external customers, and suppliers
- Has a good understanding of local markets and product knowledge in an assigned market and is able to evaluate product in terms of customers’ needs
- Demonstrates leadership ability with verbal, written, planning, and organizational skills
- 3 or more years progressive sales experience preferred
- Weekdays; some overtime as required
