Marketing Manager

  • Directs sales and marketing policy
  • Develops marketing plans
  • Creates programs for elimination of obsolete and excess stock
  • Establishes customer resale pricing and reviews customer pricing agreements
  • Recommends sales and gross profit budgets by location and by sales representative
  • Supervises sales promotion and contest activities
  • Coordinates supplier relationships with other product, market and sales personnel
  • Able to effectively communicate with a variety of people including internal and external customers, and suppliers 
  • Has a good understanding of local markets and product knowledge in an assigned market and is able to evaluate product in terms of customers’ needs 
  • Demonstrates leadership ability with verbal, written, planning, and organizational skills
  • 3 or more years progressive sales experience preferred
  • Weekdays; some overtime as required
