Customer Sales Representative

• Provides sales support to outside sales staff to ensure effective levels of customer service
• Translates customer requests into customer needs
• Establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships by providing solutions to their needs
• Quotes prices for various jobs
• Assists in locating special parts or products for customers
• Processes excellent follow-up for sales calls and orders as needed
• Communicates daily with the Sales Department in regard to customer needs and inquiries
• High school diploma
• Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving and customer service skills
• Minimum 2 years electrical distribution experience preferred
