Branch Manager
- Implements sales, marketing plans, and business plans to develop branch sales
- Establishes an operating budget for the branch and is responsible for maintaining costs within that budget
- Stays current and educated on market and industry trends
- Determines potential for new products and services. Analyzes current market conditions and the effects of current and potential competitors
- In partnership with human resource staff, works to recruit and hire employees
- Works with the credit manager in the collection of past due accounts receivable and maintaining the company's credit policy
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the industry preferred
